| Spring Break is almost over!!! More school next week. Checked out a Warriors game with Thomas, Jose, Thomas's friend, my bro, and Richard. The game sucked though... Warriors of coz lost to Dallas. Thought they will actually turn it around and win for once, given that they were on a 3 game winning streak. Other than that, my spring break hasn't been too exciting, excepts hanging out with peeps, chilling at Verde, and pooling. Slept over at Michael's place yesterday because I didn't bring my key and I went home at 3 a.m. I didn't want to wake up my mom and dad haha.

| I haven't updated for such a long time!!! soooo much has gone on for two months.... don't know where to start haha :P actually, nothing really interesting went on... just work and lots of work!!! i just realize how much work i have to devote in cs... man... compilers suck soooo much!!! but i did learn a lot in that class... and algorithms... man... i haven't been to class for the whole semester... and I have a final this week... and soooo behind... i guess i will have to cram a whole semester of cs algorithm materials in four days!!! although this semester by far is one of my hardest semesters in Berkeley, i did learn a great deal in my classses... i especially like my political science class!!! the professor is sooo good... :P speaking of political science, i still got a take home final to write that is due Friday... can't wait till the semester is over!!!
in retrospect, i think i learn a lot this semester not only academically... i learn a lot about life in general and relationships :P it is such a relief to tell someone that you like them... not tellling someone you like him or her weighs soooooo heavy in you... learn this big lesson from Yifan and Christina!!! thanks to both of them for sure :P haha don't even know if Christina knows i have xanga lol... and Yifan doesn't read guy's xanga... i must thank them personally in person lol :P speaking of Yifan, if he is reading this, we definitely need to improve our b-ball haha... that kobe fake and turn around... definitely need to perfect that :P i will call you up over Winter break to play more for sure :) but yeah... although i'm soooo stresssed out in school, with all theese cs projects and stuff... i really like what i have done this semester, both in my personal life and in my efforts to learn in school... and not obsessed about grades :P but seriously, i really should get rid of my bad habit of procrastination... next semester... hope i won't be missing any more classes ...
hmm... also met some great friends who i hope will be some of the good friends i will still talk to after my graduation from Berkeley :P winter break is coming up... hopefully Vince will plan the snowboarding trip and hope everything goes well haha :P and yeah... Vince... your ex is hot haha :P go get back with her lol :P
haha and i gotta give a shout out to my roommate, Omar... haha he is always there for me when i need him... even though i can be annoying at times when he is busy lol :P i think if people really get to know him, he is a very very good friend :P i think we will be best friends forever haha.. glad to have met him in MV
and lastly, just want to tell Jenny that i'm so glad to have met her haha... or else i wouldn't be able to get blacklightening notes from her and then fail econ... jk jk :P but seriously glad to have met you and thanks for all the great memories :P
seriously now i think i should go to sleep... and start really studying for finals... this weekend i haven't done much again... except for staying in Soda and working on cs projects... seriously hardcore studying for this week... hopefully i can ace all my finals lol... which is very unlikely... all right... going to go night! | | |
| wowww... it has been about one month since i updated! School has been so busy! and lots of things happened... although i was sad for a period of time... and i must underscore very sad... everything is good now! i just realize how fun single life can be... haha :P and my ex just emailed me... and i should go see her before Halloween... she is going to dress up as a "hot black kitty" and she emphasized that on the email... must go see her on Halloweeen hahaha :P other news... i must also mention the stupidity of my econ GSI... he doesn't know anything... so sad... but whatever... as long as he gives me an A... i will be content :)
After seeing how Richard changed over this quarter, I realized i have been too quiet and i should be my old self and be more confident... i have a new target now... and that target must be realized before the end of this semester! | | |
| The BAP rushing process is over. I didn't get bid :( I should have gone to the info night and talk to more of the fraternity brothers. However, the rushing process was very educational and fun. I met some cool fraternity brothers there and I found out this new entrepreneurship club that i'm very interested in now. I am definitely going to get involved in this club.
In other news, today is my roommate's b-day! Happy Birthday Omar!
Now looking for another internship...

This weekend I was so freaking tired... didn't even feel like going to party on Friday... after Jenny asked me to go and Chao called me up to hit up the frat parties. But I did do something special this weekend :P also went to the Asian Art Museum with Jenny yesterday (Saturday) to check out the exhibitions of "GEISHA". It was very educational indeed. Now time to go to sleep. night! :P

| Working on cs164 project currently... taking a break hence updating xanga :P
What did i do this long weekend... i classify this weekend as long since i don't have Friday class... hence it was a four day weekend for me :P On Thursday, i drove back to Cupertino and met up with Grant, Richard, and Victor. Mom cooked me a hearty dinner and gave me a red pocket for my b-day. I gotta chat with my brother and my sisters too... haha... yup... stayed at Donut Wheel for quite a while... with Victor, Richard, and Grant. i managed to not study again at Donut Wheel... although my intent was to study for cs170.
On Friday, went to Starbucks to study in Sunnyvale actually got quite a lot done for cs170 in terms of reading. then went to lunch with Richard and Derek. went to Frys also to get Richard's espn playstation cd. Derek is getting me the mdr-v600 for my b-day haha... so happy! drove back to Berkeley from Cupertino, only to find out that the electricity is down... couldn't even make phone calls... reception was so bad! must have affected the cellular towers. afterwards, went to Giants game... picked up Jenny and her best friend Sharon... finally got to meet her :P the game was a blast! Nick, Nick's gf, Chris, Chris'gf also went... along with Richard, Grant, and Wayne. but we had to sit separately... the game got boring after a while haha... since Giants were winning by so much! the final score was like 18-7. after the game, went to Kowloon Ton to get desert with Jenny, Sharon and Richard... the night overall was fun! i was really really tired tho :( had to sleep in my car for a while before i was able to drive back to Berkeley from SF.
On Saturday, my friend Earl called me up and invited me to the Pi Alpha Phi barbeque. glad i went because i met this girl who is in this business fraternity haha... she asked me to definitely check it out... now i have more options in regards to business fraternities haha :P hope she still remembers me and offers me a bid :) met several new people too... although i didn't eat any barbeque cuz we went too early, it was still cool to just went up and chill :P afterwards took Earl to BART becuz he had to go back to Stockton... on the way James called and i headed over to his place... afterwards we were playing around with facebook and i just realized how cool facebook is haha :P i were able to find a lot of my hs friends who i lost contact with haha... gotta exploit thefacebook more haha :) afterwards James said he wants to meet more people and my friend Rita also shared this very notion hence my calling of Rita and heading over to her new place. haha Rita is eecs hence James had lots of things in common to talk about :) we talked until around 7 p.m and then decided to get some dinner. went to asian ghetto to get food and afterwards Rita wanted to check out my new place... so we headed back to my place... chatted more, attempted to work on hw, and watched Comedy Central haha... Rita commented that i never took pics with my good friend James... hence we took one at my place haha... then Alex Lau aimed about going to club, which Richard suggested... but later on canceled because of again indecisiveness, which i foreseed and warned :P it's cool tho afterwards took James and Rita back home... and slept :P
Today went to Berkeley Expresso in my attempt to start on my cs164 project. Wuyang then came over and attempted to help also haha...pretty much it for my weekend :) now going back to my cs164 project :P | | |
